Program Overview
Across Maryland and throughout the United States, many individuals are facing increasing difficulty finding safe, stable, and affordable housing. Rising rental costs, limited housing supply, and economic pressures have created a housing affordability crisis that affects individuals, families, veterans, and people transitioning through difficult life circumstances.
For many individuals, the challenge of finding housing can be one of the biggest barriers to stability and long-term success. Stable housing plays a critical role in improving outcomes for individuals and communities. Access to safe housing helps people maintain employment, continue healthcare treatment, reconnect with family, and build a foundation for long-term stability.
Halo Horizon Management Solutions created its supportive housing program to help address the growing need by providing safe, structured, and affordable shared housing options for adults seeking a stable place to live. Our shared housing model provides an alternative housing option for individuals who may not yet be able to secure traditional housing on their own.
We work collaboratively with community partners to expand housing opportunities and support individuals in need of safe and reliable housing. We are committed to helping address housing challenges by providing responsible safety, stability, and dignity for residents. Through partnerships, our goal is to help individuals move from housing instability toward stability and independence.

Housing Features
Our shared supportive housing provides access to safe, comfortable accommodations and essential amenities, including:
- Fully furnished shared or private rooms
- Utilities included (electric, water, internet, and trash service)
- Shared kitchen and common living spaces
- Washer and dryer
- Clean, stable, secure, structured, and respectful household environment
- Convenient access to transportation and local services
Housing Placement Available
We periodically have housing placements available.
We encourage you to contact us regarding current opening as we are currently accepting referrals for individuals seeking stable, affordable housing.

Referral Process
Referring an individual to our housing program is simple:
- Referral partner submits a referral below or via email
- We review the referral and determine eligibility and housing availabilit
- Intake client screening is completed
- Move-in coordination is arranged if placement is approved
We strive to respond to referral inquiries promptly.
Referral Partners
We work closely with organizations that assist individuals in need of housing. We collaborate with:
- Hospitals and healthcare providers
- Behavioral health and social service agencies
- Probation and re-entry programs
- Veteran service organizations
- Community outreach and non-profit organizations
Our team works with referral partners to identify appropriate housing placements and coordinate the intake and move-in process.
